Would you be able to finish Dublin’s tallest burger in 30 minutes?
Randy Santel, a professional eater, attempted the “Man vs Hogs” 50/50 Irish Bacon Cheeseburger Challenge hosted by Hogs & Heifers Bar & Grill in Swords, Co. Dublin, Ireland. He had 30 minutes to finish the challenge, which consisted of six 1/2lb (8oz) 50/50 Irish beef burger patties, six slices of cheese, lots of stringy bacon, house sauce, tomato slices and red onions, and a portion of juicy shredded braised beef.
The challenge also included a big bowl of chips and a 16oz pint of creamy Guinness. The goal was to become the second person to successfully complete the challenge and win the €45 burger meal for free, as well as a t-shirt and a spot on Hogs & Heifers’ Wall of Fame. Santel thanked the staff at Hogs & Heifers for their hospitality and the support of those who came to watch.
