How to do the Irish Dancing push-up challenge

  1. Start in a push-up position with your hands shoulder-width apart and your body in a straight line from your head to your heels.
  2. Step your right foot forward and bend your right knee so that your right thigh is parallel to the floor.
  3. At the same time, swing your left arm forward so that your left hand is in front of your right shoulder.
  4. Keep your body in a straight line and do a pushup.
  5. When you come up from the pushup, step your left foot forward and swing your right arm forward.
  6. Repeat steps 3-5 as many times as you can.

Tips for doing the Irish Dancing push-up challenge

  • Keep your body in a straight line from your head to your heels.
  • Don’t let your back arch.
  • Don’t let your hips sag.
  • Breathe evenly.
  • Start with a few repetitions and gradually increase the number of repetitions as you get stronger.
