Surf & Turf In Ireland

Surf & Turf In Ireland

Jim Moore from County Antrim shows us how to cook Surf & Turf In Ireland. In the video below he takes his Land Rover to the shores of Lough Strangford to take in the scenery & of course cook some lunch.

He  cooked a wonderful ribeye steak with some mussels, langoustines, and prawns kebabs in a garlic & herb butter.

Jim has found great online success with his Internet account Only Slaggin with more than a million followers on TikTok and also growing fast on Instagram.

According to Jim, he has always loved barbecuing and in his videos he records himself everything   from racks of ribs to pancakes to toasties and even a full Christmas dinner.

And Jim built his own Barbecue Shack

“It was actually around eight years ago after a trip to the United States, where I got to see how they barbecue, that I thought: ‘I’m going to start getting into this’.”

Inspired, Jim treated himself to some good quality grills and kettles when he returned and thus began his open air culinary adventures.

The rest as they say – Are barbecuing history..
